Privacy policy

In short

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and has no forms. Fonts are hosted on the site itself, so no data is sent to third parties when you visit.

Data processed

• If you contact me (contact form or email): your name, email address, organisation if provided, and the subject and content of your message, to answer your request and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest (GDPR article 6(1)(b) and (f)). Retention: 3 years after our last exchange. The form forwards your message by email through Cloudflare and does not store it on the website.
• Online tools: what you enter in the tools (risk assessment, Statement of Applicability) is stored only in your browser's local storage so you can pick up where you left off. It is never sent to me. You can delete it at any time with the tool's "Clear everything" button or by clearing this site's data in your browser.
• Hosting logs: IP address and connection data, processed by Cloudflare for security and reliability.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise them, email contact@mumin-guvendi.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
